Trust & Safety

EMR publishes information-directory records and moderates community content. A published listing is not an endorsement, accreditation or guarantee of care.

Listing checks

Administrators may check identity, professional registration, source information, contact details and last-verified dates. A check is limited to the evidence recorded by EMR and does not replace an official register.

Member and provider accounts

Members must verify their email before access. Doctors may submit a profile and may edit it only after administrator authorization. Clinic and hospital records remain administrator-managed unless EMR separately enables a verified provider workflow.

Reviews and verification

Reviews are held for moderation and limited to one review for the same profile within 30 days. Email verification confirms account control; it does not prove that a visit took place. EMR will only display a verified-experience label when an administrator has recorded supporting evidence. At present, EMR does not claim that every review is attendance-verified.

Concerns and appeals

Report inaccurate, unsafe, unlawful or privacy-sensitive content using the published EMR contact address and include the page URL and reason. Providers may request a review of a moderation decision with specific evidence. EMR may redact, decline, request clarification or remove content for privacy, safety, legal or integrity reasons.
