Dr An Tong Gong is a clinical psychologist who specialises in working with children, adolescents, adults, parents and families. She focuses on helping clients manage a range of difficulties including neurodiversity (Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, learning differences), depression, anxiety, academic stress, eating issues, family conflicts, interpersonal relationship issues, non-suicidal self-injury, and suicidal ideation. She has expertise in conducting developmental, diagnostic, and psychoeducational evaluations. Dr An Tong Gong earned a Masters in developmental psychology and clinical practice, and a doctorate in clinical psychology from University College London. Her clinical training sites include the Anna Freud Centre and University College London in the UK and post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Hong Kong. She is currently also a lecturer in the Department of Psychology at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, providing clinical teaching and supervision and professional training to undergraduate and postgraduate students. She is a registered practising clinical psychologist (HCPC, BPS, HKPS DCP, and HKICP) in Hong Kong, the UK, and Mainland China. She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
