從初心到實踐 2007年，創辦人首次踏入兒科領域，在醫院工作的經歷讓他深感滿足，並立志成為一名優秀的兒科醫生，服務市民與社區。儘管當時的專科訓練極為艱辛，同時還需準備考試。儘管如此，仍利用工餘時間，在香港大學和香港中文大學完成了碩士課程及兩個文憑課程，展現了對專業知識的追求與毅力。這段經歷有助提升醫術，更深刻體會到「堅持」與「學習」的重要性。 2016年，剛完成專科訓練，並從公營醫療體系轉向私家醫院，成為住院兒科專科醫生。這段期間經歷了許多挑戰，但也從中汲取了寶貴的經驗與技能，讓他深刻體會到「天外有天，人外有人」，並始終保持謙卑的學習態度。 在私家醫院的兩年間，他接觸到許多病情嚴重的小病患，以及目睹家長們的無助與焦慮，因此希望為這些家庭提供更多支持。2019年，他接受另一家私家醫院的邀請，前往南區發展兒科服務，並參與成立兒科深切治療部。希望能為病情較嚴重的小病患提供更多照護選擇，並減輕公營醫療體系的負擔。然而，疫情期間經歷兒科醫療需求減少，令深切治療部的發展也陷入停滯。在這段期間，他與團隊始終如一地專注於照顧需要幫助的小病患，並進一步探討香港醫療體系的相關議題。疫情過後，他更加堅定自己的使命，希望能成為一位為家長帶來安心（peace of mind）的醫生。
