Review Policy
EMR aims to publish useful, fair and privacy-conscious feedback. Reviews are published only after moderation. Email verification confirms control of an account; it does not by itself prove that an appointment took place.
What a review should contain
Describe your own genuine experience, the type of service in general terms, communication, waiting arrangements or practical points that another patient could understand. Keep the language factual and respectful. You may submit one review for the same profile within a 30-day period.
What not to include
Do not include medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, health information about another person, names or identifying details of staff or patients, threats, hate speech, advertising, referral links, confidential information, allegations that you cannot support, or instructions to diagnose or treat another person.
Moderation and complaints
Every review starts as pending. EMR may publish, decline, request clarification, redact identifying information, or remove content that breaches this policy or the law. Reviews are not removed merely because a provider dislikes a negative opinion. A provider may report a review for a specific policy reason. EMR may retain moderation records and technical information needed to prevent fraud and protect the platform.
Privacy
Public reviews show the member display name configured by the account, not the member password or private account details. Do not write anything that you do not want published. Do not use the review form to send a medical record or an emergency message.
